Hiring for Process Associates for US Banking Process at iEnergizer, Noida
( Inbound Voice + Chat Process in Customer service )
Freshers and Experienced both can apply with excellent communication skills ( Verbal and Written )

Salary : 50K CTC Fixed // 5 Days Working // Night Shifts // No cab facility.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to Handle the customers at the outbound calls and do the soft collections.
- Ability to take calls at a stretch as every call will be a right party call.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for process improvement and optimize strategies.
- Handy with PC to record detail in the CRM dashboard.
- Provide exceptional Customer Support by addressing customer queries and collect as per training module.

- Graduate freshers can apply.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- Familiarity with customer service environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
