- Job Title: Chargeback/Fraud Analyst – US/UK Banking Voice Process
- Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office
- Shift: US-based shift

Responsibilities:-
- Handle chargeback and fraud analysis for US/UK banking voice process.
- Investigate and resolve chargeback claims by analyzing transaction data and supporting documentation.
- Review and assess potential fraudulent activities and take appropriate actions to prevent financial loss.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for process improvement and optimize fraud prevention strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to chargeback cases and investigations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer queries and concerns related to chargebacks and fraud.
Requirements:-
- Minimum 6 Months of experience as a Chargeback/Fraud Analyst in a US/UK banking voice process.
- Strong knowledge of chargeback processes, fraud prevention techniques, and industry best practices.
- Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance procedures.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends Effective communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
