An Illusory commitment

In the dynamic world of business, Team leaders and Companies often claim to be like a Family. However, the reality can be quite different.

Once the leader or company achieves its goals, they may leave their team behind. In such situations, it is essential for a company or leader not to make false claims of being a family.

If a company or leader doesn’t want to commit to forming a family, that’s completely fine. Alternatively, if there is any problem within the team, leaders or companies should provide feedback or guidance than leave.

जब कभी टीम आपकी तरफ देखे तो उन्हें गर्व होना चाइये की लीडर हो तो ऐसा हो!

जब कभी कर्मचारी, कंपनी की तरफ देखे तो उन्हें फ़िक्र होना चाइये की कंपनी हो तो ऐसा हो!

In my opinion to everyone should follow the simple adage, “No one is truly your own“. Additionally, if someone has the ability to do good for someone, they should refrain from doing harm. Following these principles can create a healthier work environment and foster better relationships within a team.
