With the current job landscape in mind, ICCS is opening up exciting opportunities in the sales and customer service sector.
Help customers with questions over calls, chat, and emails until everything is sorted out. Take care of customer accounts, providing info on orders, history, and other common requests. Keep track of customer questions in a service log, making sure all their needs are met.

Responsibilities-

We are inviting a dedicated individual to become an integral part of our vibrant team at ICCS.
In this engaging position, you will contribute to:

  • ● Take ownership of customer issues, analyze situations efficiently, and work towards effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and a positive overall experience
  • ● Effectively resolve customer inquiries and issues across various channels (call, email, chat), providing accurate information and troubleshooting technical problems to achieve high customer satisfaction
  • ●Focus on customers’ needs, actively listen to their concerns, and empathize with their experiences to provide personalized assistance

Requirements-

  • ● Possess strong ability to understand impact of the process on customer KPIs
  • ● Adhere to customer provided turnaround time requirements
  • ● Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • ● Provide splendid customer services to customers in a friendly and courteous manner at all times.
  • ● Clear speaking voice, active listening, and ability to tailor communication to diverse customer needs.
  • ● Improve the Customers Experience with the Client Services by ensuring that the Customers Issues are attended promptly and all their concerns are resolved immediately

Qualifications-

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

  • ● Graduated, Fresher & Under graduate 10+12
  • ● Fresher and Experienced can apply
  • ● Agent should be flexible to work in 24/7 Environment
  • ● Computer basic knowledge is must

Eligibilities-

  • ● Good communication skills writing, Oral and verbal
  • ● Typing 25 to 40wpm
  • ● Indian Citizenship
  • ● Immediate Joiner
