Role & Responsibilities:

• Field all incoming help requests from clients via telephone and/or emails in a courteous manner.
• Record, track, and document all queries received, problem-solving steps taken, and resolutions.
• Follow standard processes and procedures to resolve client queries.
• Access and maintain internal knowledge bases and resources to provide effective problem resolution to clients.
• Identify and learn product details to facilitate better client interaction and troubleshooting.
• Identify red flags and escalate serious client issues to the Team Leader.

Required Candidate profile

• Must have excellent communication skills in English.
• Comfortable with night shifts.
• Willing to work from the office.
• Possess all mark sheets and certificates.
• Under Graduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate
• Located within 25-30 kms of the office location.
• Higher Secondary, Graduates, and Post Graduates can apply.
