We’re currently looking for a Team Lead to oversee operations at our Delivery Center, based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. In this capacity, you will take charge of shift operations at our Delivery Centers, collaborating closely with the DC manager to enhance performance management and operational strategies.

What are the responsibilities of a Customer Service Associate at Amazon?

At Amazon, the role of a Customer Service Associate is well-defined: it involves proactively preventing issues, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the initial contact point for our customers, addressing their queries via phone, chat, and/or email. This encompasses a wide range of issues, including inquiries related to orders and products, payment concerns, and website navigation. To accomplish this, our Customer Service Associates employ a variety of tools to navigate, research, propose solutions, and maintain effective communication with our valued customers.

  • Location: Noida, UP

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Collaborate with the Center Manager to ensure the seamless functioning of Amazon’s transportation operations in Noida.
  • • Execute the end-to-end delivery process, spanning from the delivery station to the customer’s doorstep.
  • • Guarantee ample delivery team capacity for effective peak-time delivery management.
  • • Continuously enhance the delivery process to achieve consistent improvements in delivery performance.

Key Qualities:

  • • Strong execution abilities, action-oriented mindset, and proactive attitude.
  • • Resourcefulness in achieving tasks using limited resources.
  • • Capable of working effectively under pressure.
  • • Able to autonomously manage station operations and work independently.
  • • Skilled at finding solutions in ambiguous situations.

Analytical Skills:

  • • Proficiently analysis and interpret information, identifying key facts while assessing alternatives to determine potential benefits and associated risks.

A Day in the Role:

  • • Engage with multiple stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
  • • Demonstrate ownership and a bias for action consistently.

We are considering candidates to work from either of the following locations: Ghaziabad, UP, India

Basic Qualifications:

  • • Bachelor’s degree.
  • • Proficiency in spoken, written, and reading English.
  • • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • • Prior experience in operational roles.
