Responsibilities-
We are inviting a dedicated individual to become an integral part of our vibrant team at eBixcash.
In this engaging position, you will contribute to:
- ● Managing chargeback and conducting fraud analysis for our process
- ● Investigating and resolving chargeback claims through meticulous analysis of transaction data and supporting documentation
- ● Assessing potential fraudulent activities and implementing necessary actions to prevent financial loss
- ● Effectively resolve customer inquiries and issues across various channels (call, email, chat), providing accurate information and troubleshooting technical problems to achieve high customer satisfaction
- ● Focus on customers’ needs, actively listen to their concerns, and empathize with their experiences to provide personalized assistance
- ● Take ownership of customer issues, analyze situations efficiently, and work towards effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and a positive overall experience
Requirements-
- ● Possess strong ability to understand impact of the process on customer KPIs
- ● Adhere to customer provided turnaround time requirements
- ● Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- ● Provide splendid customer services to customers in a friendly and courteous manner at all times.
- ● Suggest effective ways through which the Client can promote its products and services and increase customer satisfaction.
- ● Have sufficient knowledge about the products and services and respond to all inquiries accordingly
- ● Ensure that all the Company Policies and procedures, code of conduct and regulatory guidelines are strictly complied to while servicing the customers.
Qualifications-

Eligibilities-
