Responsibilities-
We are inviting a dedicated individual to become an integral part of our vibrant team at TechnoCraze.
In this engaging position, you will contribute to:
● Possess strong ability to understand impact of the process on customer KPIs
● Strive to achieve the productivity standards
● Adhere to the company’s information security guidelines
● Adhere to customer provided turnaround time requirements
● Actively Participate in all training activities from Induction training, Client specific training and refresher training on billing and compliance
● Accurate posting of Patient demographic detail Charge Entry or Payment Posting transactions in the revenue cycle software provided by the customer
Requirements-
● Possess strong ability to understand impact of the process on customer KPIs
● Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
● Patient Demographics Entry, Payment posting or Charge Entry
● Suggest effective ways through which the Client can promote its products and services and increase customer satisfaction
● Improve the Customers Experience with the Client Services by ensuring that the Customers Issues are attended promptly and all their concerns are resolved immediately
● Ensure that all the Company Policies and procedures, code of conduct and regulatory guidelines are strictly complied to while servicing the customers
Qualifications-
To be successful in this role, candidates should have:
● Graduated, Fresher & Under graduate
● Fresher and Experienced can apply
● Agent should be flexible to work in 24/7 Environment.
● This process does not require any call center skills (non-voice)
Eligibilities-
● Good communication skills writing, Oral and verbal
● Typing 25 to 40wpm
● Indian Citizenship
● Immediate Joiner
