Responsibilities-
We are inviting a dedicated individual to become an integral part of our vibrant team at iEnergizer.
In this engaging position, you will contribute to:
● Handle customer complaints, queries, and requests via call, chat, or email
● Keep maintaining SLAs, and KPIs, and provide exceptional customer experience through a transparent and innovative approach.
● Dedicate yourself to customer-centric excellence, creating a meaningful impact in every interaction
● Committed to prioritizing customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery
● Maintaining precise records and documentation associated with chargeback cases and investigations.
Requirements-
● Possess strong ability to understand impact of the process on customer KPIs
● Adhere to customer provided turnaround time requirements
● Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
● Provide splendid customer services to customers in a friendly and courteous manner at all times.
● Suggest effective ways through which the Client can promote its products and services and increase customer satisfaction.
● Have sufficient knowledge about the products and services and respond to all inquiries accordingly
● Improve the Customers Experience with the Client Services by ensuring that the Customers Issues are attended promptly and all their concerns are resolved immediately
● Ensure that all the Company Policies and procedures, code of conduct and regulatory guidelines are strictly complied to while servicing the customers.
Qualifications-
To be successful in this role, candidates should have:
● Graduated, Fresher & Under graduate
● Fresher and Experienced can apply
● Agent should be flexible to work in 24/7 Environment.

● Good communication skills writing, Oral and verbal
● Typing 25 to 40wpm
