Job Description
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally, ensuring accuracy and empathy in all interactions.
- Accurately maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support to international clients using non-voice channels, such as email, chat, and messaging platforms.
- tay informed about product updates, company policies, and industry trends to provide customers with the most current and accurate information.s
- Adhere to quality standards, performance metrics, and compliance requirements in every customer interaction.
Requirements
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities, with a talent for establishing rapport and showing empathy towards customers.
- A Bachelor's degree or comparable education/experience is desirable.
- Experience in a BPO or customer service setting is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Capable of multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and managing time efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.e
- Prepared to work on a US shift schedule, which may include evenings, nights, and weekends, as needed.
- Technologically adept, with skill in using computer applications and online tools.
