- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing proper follow up and resolution
- Escalate unresolved queries to senior
- Meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically
- Provide help when customers have trouble with a company's products or services
- Understanding customer requirement
- Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication
Required Candidate profile
- Excellent English communication
- Must be comfortable with Rotational shifts.
- CTC up to 3.75 LPA
