  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing proper follow up and resolution
  • Escalate unresolved queries to senior
  • Meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically
  • Provide help when customers have trouble with a company's products or services
  • Understanding customer requirement
  • Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication

Required Candidate profile

  • Excellent English communication
  • Must be comfortable with Rotational shifts.
  • CTC up to 3.75 LPA
  • Immediate joiners.
  • Under Graduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate
