Role & Responsibilities:
- Field all incoming help requests from clients via telephone and/or emails in a courteous manner.
- Record, track, and document all queries received, problem-solving steps taken, and resolutions.
- Follow standard processes and procedures to resolve client queries.
- Access and maintain internal knowledge bases and resources to provide effective problem resolution to clients.
- Identify and learn product details to facilitate better client interaction and troubleshooting.
- Identify red flags and escalate serious client issues to the Team Leader.
Required Candidate profile
- Must have excellent communication skills in English.
- Comfortable with night shifts.
- Willing to work from the office.
- Possess all mark sheets and certificates.
- Under Graduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate
- Located within 25-30 kms of the office location.
- Higher Secondary, Graduates, and Post Graduates can apply.
