Job Details

  • Location: Gurgaon

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Provide assistance in data collection to enable account recovery for end-users.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of client processes and policies.
  • Identify and reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs as necessary.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  • A graduate degree in any discipline (except Law).
  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong probing and analytical skills.
  • A customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in written English and a neutral English accent.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends.
