Job Details
- Location: Gurgaon
- Shifts: Flexible with any shift
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Provide assistance in data collection to enable account recovery for end-users.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of client processes and policies.
- Identify and reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs as necessary.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate degree in any discipline (except Law).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong probing and analytical skills.
- A customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in written English and a neutral English accent.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends.
