DGCA chief Faiz Ahmed Kidwai has formed a two-member panel to examine Armaan's medical history, whether he received timely aid, and the preparedness of the IGIA medical centre. The panel is expected to "preferably" submit its report within six months. The govt is also reviewing whether current guidelines need revision.
