Chicago, Illinois, United States, May 2026 – Felicia McKinney has joined Exelon as Director of Talent Acquisition & Talent Management, bringing extensive expertise in talent strategy, recruiting operations, leadership hiring, university relations, and workforce transformation across multiple industries.
In her new role, Felicia will help strengthen Exelon’s talent acquisition and talent management capabilities as the organization continues to build a future-ready workforce supporting one of the largest utility companies in the United States.
Prior to joining Exelon, Felicia McKinney spent over seven years with UScellular, where she most recently served as Director Talent Acquisition. In this role, she led the design and implementation of recruiting strategies focused on attracting top talent and strengthening organizational hiring capabilities. Before that, she also served as Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, helping scale recruiting operations and talent initiatives across the organization.
Earlier, Felicia worked with Vein Clinics of America as Recruiting Manager, where she contributed to healthcare recruitment initiatives and talent acquisition process improvements.
She also spent more than three years with Fresenius Medical Care North America, serving in leadership roles including Healthcare Recruiting Manager and Champion of Standard Operating Practices. During this period, she managed healthcare recruiting operations and played a key role in driving standardized recruitment practices and operational excellence initiatives for the organization’s East Division.
Before moving into healthcare recruitment leadership, Felicia held multiple talent acquisition and university recruiting roles at CDW, where she served as Manager, University Relations and National Campus Recruiting and Diversity Talent Acquisition Lead. She was instrumental in strengthening campus recruitment, diversity hiring strategies, and employer branding initiatives.
Earlier in her career, she also worked with Vanguard Car Rental as Regional Recruiter and with Enterprise Rent-A-Car as Regional Recruiting Supervisor, building foundational experience in recruitment operations, workforce planning, and talent management.
