New Delhi, India, May 2026 —Uno Minda has announced the appointment of Vivek Joshi as CEO of the Light Metal and Powertrain Systems (LPS) Domain. With extensive experience in die-casting technologies, process engineering, lean operations, and global manufacturing leadership, Vivek will play a pivotal role in advancing Uno Minda’s strategic vision and steering the LPS domain into its next phase of growth.
Before joining Uno Minda, Vivek served as Director & CEO at Sundaram Clayton Limited, where he provided executive leadership across India, the USA, and Germany, strengthening the company’s position among the world’s leading aluminium die-casting manufacturers.
Earlier, he held senior leadership roles at Endurance Technologies, Jaya Hind Industries, and Ryobi Die Casting, where he led operations, quality, engineering, manufacturing transformation, and process excellence across India, North America, and Mexico.
His career also includes technical and metallurgical roles with The Ohio State University, Perfect Alloy Components, and Greaves Ltd, building a strong foundation in metallurgy, die-casting, quality systems, and supplier engineering.
